DIY BAKING SODA FOOT SOAK TO CURE DRY CRACKED FEET
INGREDIENTS:
- 4-5 liters of water in a bucket ( make sure your feet fit in)
- 3 tbsp of baking soda
- Epsom salts ( optional)
- Lavender oil
- Soft scrub sponge/ pumice stone/ brush
- Moisturizer
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First, pour the baking soda in the bucket of water
- Mix well so that the baking soda is fully dissolved
- Add a few drops of lavender oil, if you want to mimic a home spa. The relaxing aroma of lavender oil will calm you down after a tough day at work
- Soak the feet in this solution for 15-20 minutes
